What are events at Brew & Co.?Events at Brew & Co. Calamba are private celebrations where you get exclusive use of our café space — perfect for birthdays, intimate gatherings, corporate events, and more.Where can I see the event packages?You can view an overview of our event offerings as you scroll down this page. Once you email us, we’ll send the complete event package details.
2. After choosing your preferred package, we’ll send the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA).
3. To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable down payment is required.
4. The remaining balance is due one (1) day before your event.
Before your event date, you’ll receive a menu selection form for your consumable food and drinks.We follow a “first to down payment” policy to block the date.What’s your cancellation policy?All down payments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-consumable — except in cases of government-mandated lockdowns.Other fortuitous events (e.g., natural calamities, abrupt lockdowns) may be discussed and negotiated.Is there a minimum number of guests?Yes. A minimum of 20 guests.How do you serve the food?Event clients will send in their chosen food and drink orders (part of the consumable amount).Our staff will prepare and serve them during your event — everything is taken care of ahead of time.Is there a corkage fee?Yes, corkage fees apply for outside food and beverages.Can we style or decorate the venue?Yes! You’re welcome to decorate as long as it doesn’t damage the furniture or café interiors.We don’t provide styling services, but you can bring your own team — or request add-on assistance from us if needed.How long can we reserve an event booking?Each area package is good for 4, 5, or 6 hours, inclusive of ingress and egress. Extensions or overtime are subject to additional (non-consumable) fees.
